1. General Line 8 is an eyewear brand based in the Netherlands. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.
2. Products We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. All products are subject to availability.
3. Prices & Payment All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major payment methods as shown at checkout.
4. Orders Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs.

7. Warranty All Line 8 eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@line-8.com.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including the Line 8 name, logo, product designs, images, and texts is the intellectual property of Line 8 and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability Line 8 is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
