At Line 8, we design eyewear we're proud of, and we stand behind every pair we ship. That said, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our return process.
14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in the original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth
- Free from wear, scratches, damage, or alteration
How to Return Your Item
- Contact us Email us at info@line-8.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Ship your return Once approved, send your item to the address below. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receive your refund Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges Would you like a different model or colour? Let us know when you contact us and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
1-Year Warranty All Line 8 eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your glasses have a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@line-8.com and we'll make it right.
Cancellations Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please email us at info@line-8.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
