We ship from Amsterdam and process all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times after dispatch: Netherlands 1–2 business days, Belgium and Germany 2–3 business days, rest of Europe 3–7 business days. Shipping is free across Europe.

At the moment we only ship within Europe, across all 27 EU countries plus the Netherlands. Shipping is completely free, with no minimum order value. We're not shipping outside Europe yet, but that may change in the future.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. To start a return, email us at info@line-8.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging included. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
